SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING All prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include applicable EU duties, taxes and DHL Express shipping costs. There are no hidden charges at delivery — what you see is what you pay.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship all orders via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time across the EU is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been handed to DHL, tracking information will be shared with you via email.

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES As each Daniore piece is handcrafted, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@daniore.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
